Needing a New Devotional this Year?

Do you have everything set to start a new year tomorrow?

New diet plan?

New exercise goals?

New family budget in place?

How about spiritually—are you set with some good study tools for the year?

If you’re looking for a good daily devotional to start your mornings off this year—I’ve got one for you!

And 3 of you can have it for free!

Nancy Leigh DeMoss has put together one of the meatiest and most delightful devotionals you’ll find. Her writing is filled with Scriptural truth and saturated with diagnostic questions aimed at reaching heart issues. (And as a bonus, it really is one of the prettiest devotionals you’ll find.)

Let me give you a taste of what I read this morning:

My closing prayer for you is that you wake up tomorrow with the concepts we’ve considered in relation to P-R-I-O-R-I-T-I-E-S, leading you nearer to the heart of God, more in love than ever before with this One who is said to “rejoice over you with gladness” and “exult over you with loud singing” (Zeph. 3:17).

If His heart were hard or disapproving toward us, we might be justified in running to other sorts of priorities, blazing our own trail through life. But our God is the One who controls times and seasons. He is Lord over all, and (by His grace and the gift of saving faith) He has come near to us through Christ Jesus with love in His heart and “healing in His wings” (Mal. 4:2 NKJV). He is never in a hurry, yet He is never late and is always on time. He is God and He is ours.

That was just a small portion of today’s reading. This was my Christmas gift this year to several family members and I’d like for you to have a copy as well.

If you will post a link to today’s blog on your favorite social media outlet, and leave a comment below letting us know where you did that, we’ll choose 3 of you to receive this devotional as a free gift from Moody Publishers. This offer is good through Friday, January 4th!

If you aren’t chosen, this resource is still well worth the investment and you can purchase it here.

I’d love to hear how you’re planning to start your new year!

What one thing are you asking God to do this year that can only happen if He does it?
