Last week we had storms rip through our state and move on to other parts of the country. In our state, fourteen people were killed. Three of those who lost their lives were a part of the Family Life Today community. Rob Tittle, father of nine children, was forty-eight-years old and served as the production manager in publishing at Family Life. He and two of his daughters lost their lives suddenly in the tornado that leveled their home on Sunday evening, April 27th. FLT interrupted their regularly scheduled programming to share with listeners a message they delivered to their staff as a result of their loss.
I want to share that message with you today. You may not know the Tittle family, or others who lost their lives in the recent storms, but I believe you will be encouraged by listening to Dennis Rainey and Bob Lepine as they minister to the hurting. They present a solid, biblical perspective for interpreting this kind of tragedy.
If you know someone who may be struggling with processing the loss of a loved one, I hope you’ll pass this post on and encourage them to listen to this service.
